VEGAN LOH BAK | VEGAN LOR BAK – CHEF DAVE

Ingredients:
- Filling Ingredients:
- 120g yam (diced, boiled)
- 120g jicama (cut into small cubes)
- 3 shitake mushrooms (chopped)
- ½ small carrot (cut into small cubes)
- ½ tbsp 5 spice powder
- 1 tsp vegetarian oyster sauce
- A pinch white pepper
- 4 tbsp cooking oil
- Bean curd sheet
- A little bit salt
- A little oil
- Pasting Ingredient:
- A little tapioca flour
- Hot water
- *mix these two ingredients well. set aside.
Cooking method:
- Prepare a bowl, add yam and mashed.
- Add jicama, shitake mushroom, carrot, 5 spice powder, vegetarian oyster sauce, white pepper, salt and oil. Mix well and set aside.
- Prepare one pieces bean curd sheet, put the filling and put mix tapioca flour on each end of the bean curd sheet. If there is more filling, you can put it for the same step.
- Then roll up and steam for 10 minutes. Remove and start frying with a little oil until brown.
- Lift and can cut. Ready to be served.

Bahan – bahan:

- 120g ubi keladi (potong dadu,rebus)
- 120g sengkuang (potong dadu kecil)
- 3 cendawan shitake(cincang)
- ½ lobak merah kecil(potong dadu kecil)
- ½ sudu besar 5 serbuk rempah ratus
- 1 sudu kecil sos tiram vegetarian
- Secubit lada sulah
- 4 sudu besar minyak masak
- Kulit tauhu
- Sedikit garam
- Sedikit minyak
- Bahan gam:
- Sedikit tepung ubi kayu
- sedikit air panas
- *campur kedua bahan ini dengan sebati. ketepikan.
Cara memasak:
- Sediakan mangkuk, masukkan ubi keladi dan lenyekkan.
- Masukkan sengkuang, cendawan shitake, lobak merah, 5 serbuk rempah ratus, sos tiram vegetarian, lada sulah, garam dan minyak. Gaul sebati ketepikan.
- Sediakan satu helai kulit tahu, letakkan inti nya dan letak gam tepung ubi kayu pada setiap hujung kulit tauhu. Jika inti ada lebih boleh letak buat langkah yang sama.
- Kemudian gulung dan boleh kukus selama 10 minit. Angkat dan mula goreng pula dengan sedikit minyak sehingga warna keperangan .
- Angkat dan boleh potong. Sedia untuk dihidang.
