It is an online cooking academy dedicated to educate and help Malaysian home cooks equip with knowledge and skills about Malaysian plant based cuisine. Chef Dave held around 100+ successful online classes and workshops over the course of two years. This cooking academy was set up according to a lifetime membership term.

After Chef taught the cooking method must tumis the bawang merah dulu baru garlic & ginger follow by chilli paste. From there I can forsee the recipes if they don't follow the right sequence, I doubt it will turn out well. Another method I learnt from Chef is deep frying, the food need to float & the oil must be hot so the food won't be oily & soggy.

I learnt alot from you! Not only on techniques but also the essence each flavour brings to the dish. I'm not a vegan but now I'm more aware of the ingredients and I do keep a look out for them. Through your class, I learnt to appreciate vegetables which I never had growing up such as Black Fungus, lion mane mushrooms, jantung pisang and etc. I also stop buying pasta tomato sauce. Now, all my soup base is from vegetable stock that I learnt from your class. We have also tried plant base milk thanks to you.

  • D’Vegan management hereby accepts that you have agreed to all the conditions that have been set
  • Downloading or Recording the content of the cooking class is not allowed
  • D’Vegan management prohibits any participants from holding a class or training similar to this academy without a written permission from the management who is the legal owner of all the cooking class contents
  • D’Vegan management reserves the right to cancel the class enrolment immediately without refund for any student who disobeyed or violated any of the conditions of this cooking academy
  • Prices of the services are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • D’Vegan management shall not be liable to students or any third party for any upgrades, modifications, pricing, suspension or delay of the service
  • D’Vegan management reserves the right to take action against students if any rule breaching occurs
  • Any enquiry, information or announcement medium for D’Vegan will be as follows:

  • Approval of the students in the group - It will be approved into the group within 48 hours/earlier. Please fill in an answer for the question in the membership question field to facilitate the verification process
  • Any link sharing/posting or irrelevant contents is prohibited - Not allowed to share any links of other pages or groups. It is only allowed to share your plant based/vegan written/pictorial recipes and the contents should be your original content as well
  • Do not bully, leave bad or discouraging comments and criticize effort of other participants - Not allowed to criticize/comment bullying/or disrespect any other participants' contents in terms of degrading dignity, race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity
  • Do not share any advertisements - It is forbidden to advertise here. Please contact the group admin/moderator to request permission to advertise. Any advertisements that take place in the group without prior approval by management, will be removed
  • Repeated breach - Repetition of any of the rules breaching will cause the participants content to be removed and will be sent a warning then lead to membership cancellation after 3 warnings sent
