MAGGI GORENG ALA KEDAI MAMAK – CHEF DAVE

Serving: 2 -3 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 packets maggi curry (with seasoning)
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1 tofu (crushed)
- 2 chilies (tap)
- A little cabbage
- A little bok choy
- A little carrot
- A little light soy sauce
Cooking method:
- Boil maggi and don’t boil it for too long. When it’s cooked, filter the maggi and put it in cold water. Then filter again and set aside
- Heat a little oil, add crushed tofu and stir-fry until the color of the tofu is yellowish.
- Then add onion, garlic and red chili. Stir until fragrant.
- Add some cabbage, bok choy stalks and some carrots. Stir again
- Add the boiled maggi, curry seasoning, light soy sauce and bok choy leaves. stir well.
- Adjust the taste and ready to serve.

Bahan – bahan:
- 2 paket maggi goreng segera perisa kari(perencah sekali)
- 1 ulas bawang putih(cincang kasar)
- 1 bawang merah (hiris)
- 1 tauhu hancur
- 2 cili padi (ketuk)
- Sedikit kobis
- Sedikit sawi
- Sedikit lobak merah
- Sedikit kicap masin soya
Cara memasak:
- Rebus maggi dan jangan rebus terlalu lama nanti kembang. Bila dah masak, toskan maggi dan masukkan ke dalam air sejuk. Lepastu toskan dan ketepikan
- Panaskan sedikit minyak, masukkan tauhu hancur dan tumis sehingga warna tauhu kekuningan.
- Kemudian masukkan bawang merah, bawang putih dab cili merah. Kacau sehingga naik bau.
- Masukkan sedikit kobis, batang sawi dan sedikit lobak merah. Kacau lagi
- Masukkan maggi yang dah rebus tadi, kicap masin soya, perencah kari dan daun sawi. kacau sebati.
- Adjust rasa dan sedia untuk dihidang.
