VEGAN CHOCOLATE PUDDING – CHEF DAVE
Preparation time: 4 Hours
Cooking time: 15 Minutes
Serving: 3 – 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- Pudding ingredients:
- 500g plant-based milk
- 100g sugar
- 7g agar-agar powder
- 150g vegan dark chocolate
- 2-3 drops vanilla essence
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- Sauce ingredients:
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 ½ tbsp sugar
- A little vanilla essence
- Garnishing:
- 2 strawberries
Cooking method:
- Prepare a pot, add all the above pudding ingredients and stir well.
- Then just turn on the fire. Stir constantly until boiling.
- Turn off the heat and strain into a bowl. set aside and let it cool then put it in the fridge.
- For the sauce, prepare a pot, add all the sauce ingredients. Turn on small fire and stir until thickened. Transfer to a bowl and let it cool.
- After a few hours, you can remove the pudding from the bowl and put it on a plate.
- Then pour the sauce and put some strawberry slices. Ready to eat

Bahan – bahan:
- Bahan puding:
- 500g susu plant based
- 100g gula
- 7g agar-agar
- 150g dark chocolate vegan
- 2-3 titik perisa esen vanilla
- 1 sudu besar serbuk koko
- Bahan sos :
- 1 cawan susu plant based
- 1 sudu besar tepung jagung
- 1 ½ sudu besar gula
- Sedikit esen vanilla
- Hiasan:
- 2 biji Strawberi
Cara memasak:
- Sediakan satu periuk, masukkan kesemua bahan puding diatas dan kacau sebati.
- Kemudian baru buka api. Kacau sentiasa sehingga mendidih.
- Tutup api dan tapis ke dalam mangkuk.ketepikan dan biarkan ia sejuk kemudian letak di dalam peti sejuk.
- Untuk sos, sediakan periuk, masukkan kesemua bahan sos. Buka api kecil dan kacau sehingga pekat. Pindahkan ke dalam mangkuk dan biarkan ia sejuk.
- Selepas beberapa jam, boleh keluarkan puding daripada mangkuk dan letakkan di pinggan.
- Kemudian tuangkan sos dan letak sedikit hirisan strawberi. Sedia untuk dimakan.
