LONG BEAN STIR FRY | TUMIS KACANG PANJANG ALA CINA – CHEF DAVE

Serving: 3 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup long beans (cut into small pieces)
- 1 cup mince meat
- 2 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
- Stir-fry ingredients:
- 2 tsp oil
- A little onion (finely sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 2 red chilies (sliced)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp sugar
- Mushroom seasoning as needed
- 1 tsp vegetarian oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp cornstarch liquid
Cooking method:
- Prepare a bowl, add minced meat, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce. Stir well.
- Prepare a pan, add oil and let it heat. Add minced meat and let it cook. Remove and set aside.
- Prepare the same pan, put a little oil, sauté onion, red chili, and garlic. Stir until aromatic.
- Add long beans, salt, sugar, mushroom seasoning powder and a little oyster sauce. stir well.
- Lastly, add the minced meat and cornstarch liquid. Stir well and ready to serve.

Bahan – bahan:
- 1 cawan kacang panjang (potong kecil)
- 1 cawan daging kisar
- 2 sudu kecil kicap masin soya
- 1 sudu kecil kicap pekat
- Bahan tumis:
- 2 sudu kecil minyak
- Sedikit daun bawang(hiris halus)
- 2 ulas bawang putih (cincang halus)
- 2 cili merah (hiris)
- ½ sudu kecil garam
- ½ sudu kecil gula
- Serbuk perasa cendawan secukupnya
- 1 sudu kecil sos tiram vegetarian
- 2 sudu besar campuran air dan tepung jagung
Cara memasak:
- Sediakan mangkuk, masukkan daging kisar, kicap masin soya dan kicap pekat. Kacau sebati.
- Sediakan kuali, masukkan minyak dan biarkan panas. Masukkan daging kisar dan biarkan masak. Angkat dan ketepikan.
- Sediakan kuali yang sama, letak sedikit minyak, tumis daun bawang, cili merah dan bawang putih. Kacau sehingga naik bau.
- Masukkan kacang panjang, garam, gula, serbuk perasa cendawan dan sedikit sos tiram . kacau sebati.
- Akhir sekali, masukkan daging kisar tadi dan air tepung jagung. Kacau sebati dan sedia untuk dihidang.
