Tomyam Cendawan Vegan Recipe
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 50 minutes
Serving: 2 – 3 pax
Ingredients:
- Vegetable stock:
- 6 cups of water
- 4 inches white radish (cut into small pieces)
- 3 cloves garlic (mashed)
- 1/2 shallots
- 3 nos coriander roots
- 1/4 tbsp white pepper
- Mushroom Tomyam:
- 1 shallot (cut into wedges)
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- Chilli flakes needed
- 4 cups vegetable stock
- 2 stalks lemongrass (chopped)
- 2 inches galangal (sliced)
- 6 kaffir lime leaves
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp seasoning powder
- 200g cups of mix mushrooms (except button mushrooms)
- Salt needed
- 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tomatoes
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
Cooking method:
Vegetable stock:
- Prepare a pot, add water, white radish, coriander root, shallots, white pepper and garlic. Stir well
- Let it simmer. After that, strain and set aside
Tomyam mushroom:
- Heat a pan, shallot without using oil. Let it look a little burnt and lift it. Set aside
- Prepare a pot, add oil. Then, add chili flakes and mix well
- Add vegetable stock water, lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, shallots that has been done earlier, salty soy sauce and seasoning powder. Stir well. Let it simmer for 3 minutes
- Add mix mushrooms, salt and brown sugar. Let it cook for 1 minute
- Then put the lemon juice and tomatoes. Stir well. Ready to be served

Hidangan: 2 – 3 orang
Bahan-bahan:
- Stok sayuran:
- 6 cawan air
- 4 inchi lobak putih (potong kecil)
- 4 ulas bawang putih (titik)
- 1/2 bawang merah
- 3 tangkai akar daun ketumbar
- 1/4 sudu kecil lada putih
- Tomyum Cendawan:
- 1 bawang merah (potong wedges)
- 1 tbsp minyak masak
- Serbuk cili kisar secukupnya
- 4 cawan stok sayuran
- 2 batang serai (dititik)
- 2 inchi lengkuas (hiris)
- 6 helai daun limau purut
- 1 sudu besar kicap masin
- 1 sudu besar serbuk perasa
- 200g cawan cendawan campur (kecuali cendawan butang)
- Garam secukpnya
- 1/2 sudu kecil gula perang
- 2 biji tomato
- 3 sudu besar jus limau
Langkah-langkah menyedikan:
Stok sayuran:
- Sediakan periuk, masukkan air, lobak putih, akar daun ketumbar, bawang merah, lada putih dan bawang putih. Kacau sebati
- Biarkan ia mendidih. Selepas mendidih, tapis dan ketepikan
Tomyum cendawan:
- Panaskan kuali,letak bawang merah tanpa menggunakan minyak. Biar nampak hangus sedikit dan angkat. Ketepikan
- Sediakan periuk, masukkan minyak. Kemudian, masukkan serbuk cili kisar dan kacau sebati
- Masukkan air stok sayuran, serai, lengkuas, daun limau purut, bawang merah yang sudah dibakar tadi,kicap masin dan serbuk perasa. Kacau sebati. Biarkan ia mereneh selama 3 minit
- Masukkan cendawan campur, garam dan gula perang. Biarkan ia masak dalam 1 minit
- Kemudian letak jus limau dan tomato. Kacau sebati. Sedia untuk dihidang
