TEPEK PISANG – CHEF DAVE

Ingredients:
- 5 bananas
- 3 tbsp wheat flour
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- 1-2 tbsp sugar
- Salt as needed
- *Mix all the ingredients above until well combined
- Grated coconut + a little salt (filling)
- Banana leaves
Cooking method:
- Prepare a bowl, add bananas and mash them until they are crushed. Then add wheat flour, rice flour, sugar and salt. Mix well. set aside.
- Mix grated coconut and a little salt. Mix well.
- Run the banana leaves onto fire for a moment, and place the banana mixture in the middle, then sprinkle grated coconut on top and fold it in half.
- Put it on a flat non-stick pan then bake it on medium heat. Make sure it is cooked on both sides. Lift and ready to serve11:56 AM

Bahan – bahan:
- 5 biji pisang (pisang abu)
- 3 sudu besar tepung gandum
- 1 sudu besar tepung beras
- 1-2 sudu besar gula
- Garam secukupnya
- *campurkan kesemua bahan diatas sehingga sebati
- Kelapa parut + sedikit garam(Inti)
- Daun pisang
Cara memasak:
- Sediakan mangkuk, masukkan pisang dan lenyekkan sehingga hancur. Lepastu masukkan tepung gandum, tepung beras, gula, garam secukupnya. Gaul sebati. ketepikan.
- Campurkan kelapa parut dan sedikit garam. Gaul sebati.
- Layurkan daun pisang dengan api seketika, dan letakkan adunan pisang tadi ditengah, kemudian taburkan inti kelapa parut diatasnya lalu lipat dua.
- Letakkan atas kuali leper non-stick kemudian bakar dengan api yang sederhana. Pastikan ia masak kedua – dua belah. Angkat dan sedia untuk dihidang.
