STIR FRY BOK CHOY | BOK CHOY TUMIS ALA CINA – CHEF DAVE

Ingredients:
- 4 sayur bok choy (cut into small pieces)
- A little oil
- water (boiled)
- 4 shitake mushrooms (sliced)
- Sauce:
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp mushroom seasoning powder
- 1/3 tsp sugar
- 3 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp vegetarian oyster sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 3 tsp water
- *mix all the ingredients above. Stir well and set aside.
- Stir-fry ingredients:
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 spring onion (finely sliced)
- 2 red chilies (sliced)
- 1 inch ginger (finely chopped)
Cooking method:
- Prepare a pot, add water and a little oil then let it boiling and add bok choy and shitake mushrooms. Do not boil for too long. Lift and set aside.
- Mix all the sauce ingredients. Stir well and set aside.
- Prepare another pan, sauté garlic, spring onion, red chili and ginger. Stir until fragrant.
- Add the bok choy and shitake mushroom that has been boiled.
- Then add the sauce. Stir well and taste. Ready to be served.

Bahan – bahan:
- 1 biji terung (potong wedges)
- 4 tangkai bok choy (potong kecil)
- Sedikit minyak
- Air (rebus)
- 4 cendawan shitake (hiris)
- Sos :
- 1/3 sudu kecil garam
- 1/3 sudu kecil serbuk perasa cendawan
- 1/3 sudu kecil gula
- 3 sudu kecil kicap soya
- 1 sudu kecil sos tiram vegetarian
- 1 sudu kecil tepung jagung
- 3 sudu kecil air
- *campurkan kesemua bahan diatas. Kacau sebati dan ketepikan.
- Bahan tumis :
- 2 ulas bawang putih(cincang halus)
- 1 tangkai daun bawang (hiris halus)
- 2 cili merah(hiris)
- 1 inchi halia (cincang halus)
Cara memasak:
- Sediakan periuk, masukkan air dan sedikit minyak kemudian biarkan ia mendidih dan masukkan sayur bok choy dan cendawan shitake. Jangan rebus terlalu lama. Angkat dan ketepikan.
- Campurkan kesemua bahan sos. Kacau sebati dan ketepikan.
- Sediakan kuali lain, tumis bawang putih, daun bawang, cili merah dan halia. Kacau sehingga naik bau.
- Masukkan sayur bok choy dan cendawan yang telah rebus tadi.
- Lepastu masukkan sos. Kacau sebati dan rasa. Sedia untuk dihidang.
