STEAMED VEGAN FISH – CHEF DAVE
Preparation time: 10 Minutes
Cooking time: 15 Minutes
Serving: 3 – 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 vegetarian fish
- 1 1/2 tbsp ginger (julienne cut)
- 1 spring onion (stalks only)
- 4 coriander leaves (stalks only)
- Sauce ingredients:
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- White pepper as needed
- *Mix all sauce ingredients and stir well. Set aside.
- Garnishing:
- Coriander leaves
- Chilies Sliced
Cooking method:
- Prepare a plate, arrange stalks spring onion, stalks coriander leaves and ginger that has been cut.
- Then arrange the vegetarian fish that has been cut as in the video. Steam for 15 minutes
- Meanwhile, prepare another pot, cook the sauce until boiling. Turn off the heat and set aside.
- After the vegetarian fish is cooked, pour the sauce.
- Put some garnishing and then it’s ready to serve

Hidangan: 3 – 4 Orang
Bahan – bahan:
- 1/2 Ikan vegetarian
- 1 1/2 sudu besar halia (potong julienne)
- 1 daun bawang (batang sahaja)
- 4 tangkai daun ketumbar(batang sahaja)
- Bahan sos:
- 2 sudu besar minyak bijan
- 1/4 cawan air
- 1/4 sudu kecil garam
- 3/4 sudu kecil gula
- 1/4 cawan kicap masin soya
- Lada sulah secukupnya
- *Campurkan kesemua bahan sos dan kacau sebati . Ketepikan.
- Hiasan:
- Daun ketumbar
- Hirisan cili sedikit
Cara memasak:
- Sediakan satu pinggan, susun batang daun bawang, batang daun ketumbar dan halia yang telah dipotong.
- Kemudian susun ikan vegetarian yang dah potong diatas seperti didalam video. Kukus selama 15 minit
- Sementara itu, sediakan periuk lain, masak sos sehingga mendidih. Tutup api ketepikan.
- Selepas ikan vegetarian masak, tuang sos tersebut.
- Letakkan sedikit hiasan dan kemudian sedia untuk dihidang.
