STEAMED ENOKI MUSHROOM – CHEF DAVE
Preparation time: 10 Minutes
Cooking time: 15 Minutes
Serving: 2 Servings
Ingredients:
- 45gm Enoki Mushrooms
- Spring Onions (garnishing)
- Sauce ingredients:
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- A little sesame oil
- 2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
- 8 tbsp water
- A little white pepper
- *mix all the ingredients above and stir well. set aside.
- Stir-fry ingredients:
- 30gm Tofu
- 10gm Garlic
- 10gm onion
- 3gm red chili
- 25ml cooking oil
- A little light soy sauce
Cooking method:
- Prepare a plate, arrange the enoki mushrooms and pour the sauce that has been mixed earlier. Steam for 3 minutes then remove and set aside.
- Prepare a pan, stir-fry the tofu first until it turns brown. Then add the other stir-fry ingredients. Finally, add light soy sauce and adjust the taste.
- Then pour over the steamed enoki mushrooms.
- Ready to serve with a little spring onion garnish on top.

Bahan – bahan:
- 45gm Cendawan Enoki
- Bawang besar (untuk hiasan)
- Bahan sos:
- 2 sudu besar kicap masin soya
- Sedikit minyak bijan
- 2 sudu besar sos tiram vegetarian
- 8 sudu besar air
- Sedikit lada sulah
- *campurkan kesemua bahan di atas dn kacau sebati. ketepikan.
- Bahan tumis:
- 30gm Tauhu
- 10gm Bawang putih
- 10gm bawang merah
- 3gm Cili merah
- 25ml Minyak masak
- Sedikit kicap masin soya
Cara memasak:
- Sediakan pinggan, susun cendawan enoki dan tuang sos yang telah dicampur tadi. Kukus selama 3 minit kemudian angkat dan ketepikan.
- Sediakan kuali, tumis tauhu dahulu sehingga warna keperangan. Kemudian masukkan bahan tumis yang lain. Akhir sekali masukkan kicap masin soya dan adjust rasa.
- Kemudian tuang atas cendawan enoki yang telah kukus tadi.
- Sedia untuk dihidang bersama sedikit hiasan daun bawang diatas.
