Sagu Gula Melaka Vegan Recipe
Preparation time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
- 8 cups of water
- 1 1/4 cup sago
- 2 tbsp rose syrup
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of palm sugar
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 pcs screwpine leaves
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1/2 tbsp salt (heat until warm, do not let it boil)
Cooking method:
- Prepare a pot, add water and sago, stir until the sago becomes clear. Then strain
- Put in a bowl then place the rose syrup and mix well
- Prepare a small bowl, cover with plastic wrap and add sago, cover the sago using plastic wrap
- Put in the chiller
- Prepare another pot, add 1 cup of water, 1 cup of Malacca sugar, 2 tbsp of brown sugar and pandan leaves, mix well and let it thicken and strain
- For the coconut milk gravy, prepare a pot of coconut milk and salt, make sure to heat the coconut milk so that the coconut milk does not boil, just warm enough. Ready to be served

Bahan-bahan:
- 8 cawan air
- 1 1/4 cawan sagu
- 2 sudu sirap ros
- 1 cawan air
- 1 cawan gula melaka
- 4 sudu gula perang
- 3 pcs daun pandan
- 2 cawan santan
- 1/2 sudu garam (panaskan hingga suam, jangan biarkan mendidih)
Langkah-langkah menyedikan:
- Sediakan periuk, masukkan air dan sagu,kacau hingga sagu menjadi jernih.kemudiaan tapis
- Masukkan kedalam mangkuk kemudian letak sirap ros dan kacau sebati
- Sediakkan mangkuk kecil, alaskan dengan wrap plastik dan masukkan sagu, tutup sagu menggunakan wrap plastik
- Masukkan kedalam chiller
- Sediakan periuk lain, masukkan 1 cawan air, 1 cawan gula melaka, 2 sudu gula perang dan daun pandan, kacau sebati dan biar sehingga guna menjadi pekat dan tapiskan
- Untuk kuah santannya, sediakan periuk masuk kan santan dan garam, pastikan panaskan santan jangan sampai santan mendidih, cukup sekadar suam. Sedia untuk dihidang
