Rava Ladoo Vegan Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup of grated coconut
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup of margarine
- A little cranberry
- A little walnut (cut into small pieces)
- Some cashews (cut into small pieces)
- 3 cardamom seeds
- 1/2 cup of water
Cooking method:
- Stir grated coconut until dry over low heat. Lift the grated coconut and set aside first
- Add butter, melt and add cranberries, cashews and walnuts. Lift and filter all the ingredients and set aside first
- Add the suji flour over medium heat. Always stir until well combined. Add the grated coconut, stir for a while and turn off the heat
- Prepare another pot bowl, add sugar and water, stirring constantly until thickened and sticky
- Put all the flour into the sugar and stir until well combined. Add the beans and cranberries that we heated. Stir until well combined
- Mash the cardamom to get the powder, filter and add to the rawa ladoo mixture
- Transfer the rawalladu batter to another container and leave. When it feels warm, we can make a round shape. Ready to be served

Bahan-bahan:
- 2 cawan tepung suji
- 1/2 cawan kelapa parut
- 2 cawan gula pasir
- 1/2 cawan majerin
- Sedikit kranberri
- Sedikit walnut (potong kecil)
- Sedikit gajus (potong kecil)
- 3 biji buah pelaga
- 1/2 cawan air
Langkah-langkah menyedikan:
- Sangai dulu kelapa parut sehingga kering dengan api yang perlahan. Angkat kelapa parut dan letakkan ketepi dahulu
- Masukkan butter, cairkan dan masukkan kranberry, gajus dan walnut. Angkat dan tapis semua bahan tu dan letak ketepi dahulu
- Masukkan tepung suji dengan api yang sederhana. Sentiasa kacau sehingga ke sebati. Masukkan kelapa parut, kacau seketika dan tutup api
- Sediakan mangkuk periuk lain, masukkan gula dan air, sentiasa kacau sehingga memekat dan melekit
- Masukkan kesemua tepung suji kedalam gula tadi dan kacau sehingga sebati. Masukkan kekacang dan kranberi yang kita panaskan. Kacau sehingga sebati
- Tumbuk buah pelaga untuk dapatkan serbuk, tapis dan masukkan kedalam adunan rawalladu tadi
- Pindahkan adunan rawa ladoo itu kedalam bekas lain dan biarkan. Bila dah rasa suam, kita boleh buat bentuk bulat-bulat. Sedia untuk dihidang
