RAGI PUTTU VEGAN RECIPE

Ingredients:
- ½ cup ragi flour (dry roasted)
- 4 tbsp water
- 1 banana
- 1 small bowl grated white coconut
Cooking method:
- Prepare the steamer put water and let the water boil.
- dry roasted ragi flour first, lift and let it cool.
- Add water little by little until the texture of the dough is like sand.
- Prepare 2 small dry bowls, rub a little oil in the bowl and place 1 tablespoon of coconut flattened and place 3 tablespoons of ragi flour. Make layer by layer and compact.
- Cover the bowl with wrapping @ aluminium and place in a steaming steamer for 10 – 15 minutes.
- When you are ready, turn the puttu upside down using a plate on banana leaves. Cut the bananas into slices and place in the puttu plate and a little grated coconut garnish on the putu and ready to serve.

Bahan – bahan:
- ½ cawan tepung ragi ( sangai )
- 4 sudu besar air
- 1 biji pisang
- 1 mangkuk kecil kelapa parut putih
- Daun pisang
Cara memasak:
- Sediakan pengukus letakkan air dan biarkan air mendidih.
- Sangaikan tepung ragi terlebih dahulu,angkat dan sejukkan.
- Letak air sedikit demi sedikit sehingga teksture adunan seperti pasir.
- Sediakan 2 mangkuk kecil yang kering, sapu sedikit minyak dalam mangkuk itu dan letak 1 sudu kelapa ratakan dan letak 3 sudu tepung ragi. Buat lapisan demi lapisan dan padatkan.
- Tutupkan mangkuk menggunakan wrapping @ aluminium dan masukkan kedalam pengukus yang kukus selama 10 – 15 minit.
- Bila sudah siap terbalikkan ragu puttu tadi menggunakan pinggan yang beralaskan daun pisang. Potong buah pisang slice dan letak didalam pinggan puttu tadi dan sedikit hiasa kelapa parut di atas putu dan sedia untuk dihidang.
