PEAR DESSERT & PEAR WITH WHITE FUNGUS SOUP
Preparation time: 15 Minutes
Cooking time: 45 Minutes – 1 Hour
Serving: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 White mushroom (soak until fluffy, remove the middle part of the mushroom and dissolve)
- 2 Chinese pears (cut)
- 8 cups of water
- 1/3 cup dried longan (*optional *If so, it’s ok) – Other options: You can use canned longan but add the last one after cooking.
- 8nos Red dates without seeds
- 1tbsp Goji berries
- 1 cup rock sugar
- Tip:
- Red dates will cause the body to heat up, remove the seeds before cooking!

Cooking method:
- Put water in a pot, add Chinese pears, white mushrooms, dried longan, red dates and let it boil for 30 minutes.
- Add goji berries, rock sugar and stir. Ready to be served.
Masa penyediaan: 15 Minit
Masa memasak: 45 Minit – 1 Jam
Hidangan: 4 Orang
Bahan-bahan:
- 1 Jamur putih ( rendam hingga kembang, buang bahagian tengah jamur dan leraikan )
- 2 Pir cina ( potong )
- 8 cawan air
- 1/3 cawan longan kering (*optional *Kalau takde pun ok je ) – Pilihan lain: Boleh menggunakan longan dlm tin tetapi tambah terakhir setelah selesai memasak.
- 8nos Kurma merah tanpa biji
- 1tbsp Beri goji
- 1 cawan gula batu
Petua:
- Biji kurma merah akan menyebabkan badan menjadi panas, buang biji sebelum dimasak!
- biarkan mendidih selama 30 minit
Langkah-langkah menyedikan:
- Letakkan air didalam periuk, masukkan pir cina, jamur putih , longan kering, kurma merah dan biarkan mendidih selama 30 minit.
- Masukkan goji beri ,gula batu dan kacau. Sedia untuk dihidang.
