PAPAYA COCONUT MILK JELLY – CHEF DAVE

Serving: 5 – 8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 large papaya
- 1 tsp agar- agar powder
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- A pinch salt
Cooking method:
- Peel the papaya skin and remove the seed.
- Prepare a pot, add water, agar-agar powder and sugar. stir until boiling.
- Add coconut milk, salt, and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the papaya and keep in the chiller. Leave for a few hours.
- After that, cut the papaya and it is ready to serve.

Bahan – bahan:
- 1 biji betik saiz besar
- 1 sudu kecik serbuk agar-agar
- ½ cawan air
- 1 cawan santan
- 2 sudu besar gula
- Secubit garam
Cara memasak:
- Buang kulit betik dan buang biji betik.
- Sediakan periuk, masukkan air, serbuk agar-agar dan gula. kacau sehingga mendidih.
- Masukkan santan, garam dan kacau sebati.
- Tuang adunan ke dalam ruang tengah betik dan masukkan ke dalam peti sejuk. Biarkan selama beberapa jam.
- Selepas itu,potong betik dan sedia untuk dihidang.
