JACKFRUIT SORBET | SORBET NANGKA – CHEF DAVE
Preparation time: 3 – 4 Hours
Serving: 2 – 3 Servings
Ingredients:
- 200g Jackfruit
- 2 bananas (frozen)
- A little squeeze lime
- A little plant-based milk (Optional)
- Garnishing :
- Mint leaves
- A little strawberry
Cooking method:
- Prepare a blender, add jackfruit, frozen bananas, lime juice and blend until smooth. You can add a little plant-based milk if the blender cannot blend as in the video.
- Then, put it in air tight container and put it in the fridge. Leave for 3-4 hours.
- Then, you can serve and put a little garnishing
Masa penyediaan: 3-4 Jam
Hidangan: 2 – 3 Orang
Bahan – bahan:
- 200g Nangka
- 2 biji pisang(bekukan)
- Sedikit perahan limau nipis
- Sedikit susu plant based (Pilihan)
- Hiasan :
- Daun pudina
- Sedikit strawberi
Cara memasak:
- Sediakan pengisar, masukkan Nangka, pisang yang telah dibekukan, perahan limau nipis dan kisar sehingga halus. Boleh letak sedikit susu plant based jika blender tak boleh kisar sepenuhnya.
- Kemudian, masukkan kedalam bekas bertutup dan masukkan ke dalam peti sejuk. Biar sehingga 3-4 jam.
- Lepastu boleh hidang dan letak sediki hiasan.
