ONE POT MEAL – CHEF DAVE
Preparation time: 10 Minutes
Cooking time: 50 Minutes
Serving: 3 – 4 Servings
Ingredients A:
- 2 cups red rice
- 5 cups water
- 2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- A little white pepper
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- ½ yam (small size, cut into cubes)
- 20g carrots (cut into small cubes)
Ingredients B:
- A little oil
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- A little water
- A little white pepper
- A few white sesame seeds
- 20g long beans
- 20g cauliflower
- 20g Broccoli
- 10g shitake mushrooms (sliced)
Cooking method:
- Prepare a rice cooker, wash the red rice then add the others A ingredients. Mix well and let it cook the rice as usual. Once in a while you need to stir as well.
- Meanwhile, for ingredient B, prepare a pan, Saute the garlic until fragrant, then add the shitake mushrooms. Stir until shitake mushrooms are cooked.
- Then, add a little water, long beans, cauliflower and broccoli. Stir well.
- Put some white pepper and stir-fry again. Then, pour it on the red rice that has been cooked earlier from ingredient A.
- Sprinkle some sesame seeds and ready to serve.

Bahan – bahan A:
- 2 cawan beras merah
- 5 cawan air
- 2 sudu besar sos tiram vegetarian
- 2 sudu besar Kicap masin soya
- 2 sudu besar Kicap pekat soya
- 1 sudu kecil garam
- Sedikit lada sulah
- 1 sudu kecil minyak bijan
- ½ biji keladi(saiz kecil,potong kiub)
- 20gLobak merah (potong kiub kecil)
Bahan – bahan B:
- Sedikit minyak
- 2 ulas bawang putih(cincang halus)
- Sedikit air
- Sedikit lada sulah
- Sedikit biji bijan putih
- 20g Kacang panjang
- 20g bunga kobis
- 20g Brokoli
- 10g Cendawan shitake (dihiris)
Cara memasak:
- Sediakan periuk nasi, basuh beras merah kemudian masukkan bahan A yang lain. Gaul sebati dan biarkan ia masak nasi seperti biasa.Sekali sekala perlu kacau juga.
- Sementara itu, untuk bahan B pula, sediakan kuali, tumis bawang putih sehingga naik bau, kemudian masukkan cendawan shitake. Kacau sehingga cendawan shitake masak.
- Lepastu, masukkan sedikit air, kacang pajang, bunga kobis dan brokoli. Kacau sebati.
- Letak sedikit lada sulah dan tumis lagi. Kemudian, tuang pada nasi merah yang dah siap masak tadi dari bahan A.
- Taburkan sedikit biji bijan dan sedia untuk dihidang.
