NASI GORENG CINA – CHEF DAVE

Cooking time: 15 Minutes
Serving: 3 – 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 bowls cold white rice (for 2 people)
- Salt, mushroom seasoning powder to taste
- A little white pepper powder
- *put enough salt, seasoning powder and white pepper on the rice. Set aside.
- 1pc Tofu (crushed)
- 3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- A little vegetarian char siew (Vegetarian Frozen Hong Kong Style BBQ)
- A little corn
- 1 cup carrots (diced)
- 1 cup long beans (cut into small pieces)
- 3 stalks spring onions (sliced)
- Light soy sauce as needed
- A few dropped Sesame oil
- A little oil
Cooking method:
- Heat some oil. Fry the crushed tofu like scrambled eggs until golden.
- Then add the garlic and stir again
- Add char siew and rice. Mix well.
- Add carrots and long beans. Mix again.
- Then, add light soy sauce and a little sesame oil. Stir well.
- Adjust the taste and place the onion slices. Then turn off the heat and lifted. Ready to be served.

Bahan – bahan:
- 2 mangkuk nasi putih sejuk (untuk 2 orang makan)
- Garam, serbuk perasa cendawan secukupnya
- Sedikit serbuk lada sulah
- *letakkan garam, serbuk perasa dan lada sulah secukupnya pada nasi. Ketepikan.
- 1pcs Tauhu(hancurkan)
- 3 ulas bawang putih (dicincang halus)
- Sedikit vegetarian char siew(Vegetarian Frozen Hong Kong Style BBQ)
- Sedikit jagung
- 1 cawan lobak merah (dipotong dadu)
- 1 cawan kacang Panjang (potong kecil)
- 3 batang daun bawang(dihiris)
- Kicap masin secukupnya
- Minyak bijan secukupnya
- Sedikit minyak
Cara memasak:
- Panas sedikit minyak. Goreng tauhu hancur seperti scramble egg (hancur-hancukan) sehingga kekuningan.
- Kemudian masukkan bawang putih dan kacau lagi
- Masukkan char siew dan nasi. Gaul rata.
- Masukkan lobak merah dan kacang Panjang. Gaul lagi.
- Kemudian, masukkan kicap masin soya dan minyak bijan sedikit. Kacau rata.
- Adjust rasa dan letak hirisan daun bawang. Kemudian boleh padam api dan diangkat. Sedia untuk dihidang.
