Mango Glutinous Rice Ball Vegan Recipe
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Serving: 2 pax
Ingredients:
- 150g glutinous rice flour
- 80ml warm water
- 3 nos mango
- 400ml plant based milk (soy milk, almond milk, cashew milk, walnut milk and etc)
- 5ml lemon juice (optional)
Cooking method:
- Add warm water in the glutinous rice flour and knead into dough, then make small balls
- Once the water is boiling add the the rice balls and cook until its start to float
- Half mango use in milkshake and half cut cubes to add on your dessert

Masa memasak: 15 minit
Hidangan: 2 – 3 orang
Bahan-bahan:
- 150g tepung pulut
- 80ml air suam
- 3 biji mangga
- 400ml susu berasaskan tumbuhan (susu soya, susu badam, susu gajus, susu walnut dan lain-lain)
- 5ml jus lemon (pilihan)
Langkah-langkah menyedikan:
- Masukkan air suam ke dalam tepung pulut dan uli hingga menjadi doh, kemudian buat bebola kecil
- Setelah air mendidih masukkan bebola nasi dan masak sehingga mula terapung
- Separuh mangga digunakan dalam milkshake dan separuh potong kiub untuk menambah pencuci mulut anda
