Kung Fu Char Vegan Recipe
Preparation time: 15 minutes

Serving: 4 – 5 pax
Ingredients:
- 400g mee hoon (soak)
- 3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- Oil
- 2 cup vegetable stock water / water
- A little salted soy sauce
- A little vegetarian oyster sauce
- A little bit of salt
- 200ml smooth tofu (cut as shown in the video)
- 1 stalk of choy sum
- A little baby corns
- A little carrot
- A little shitake mushrooms
- A little corn flour / tapioca starch (mix with water)
- Diced chillies with sauce
- 3 red chilli
- A little salted soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
Notes:
- Mix all the above ingredients for diced chillies with sauce
Cooking method:
- Strain the mee hoon first, then fry the mee hoon as in the video. Mee hoon will be round. Let the mee hoon turn yellowish, lift and set aside
- For gravy, sauté the garlic until fragrant. Then put the vegetable stock water/ water into the pan
- Add soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, a little salt and mix well
- Add choy sum, carrots, baby corn, shitake mushrooms, and smooth tofu. Stir well and let simmer
- Add corn flour / tapioca starch and mix well. Leave it for a while until the gravy slightly thick
- Ready to be served and also diced chilies with sauce

Bahan-bahan:
- 400g mee hoon (rendam)
- 3 ulas bawang putih (potong halus)
- Minyak
- 2 cawan air stok sayur / air
- Sedikit kicap masin soya
- Sedikit sos tiram vegetarian
- Sedikit garam
- 200ml tauhu lembut (potong seperti dalam video)
- 1 tangkai sawi hijau
- Sedikit jagung muda
- Sedikit lobak merah
- Sedikit cendawan shitake
- Sedikit tepung jagung / ubi kayu (bancuh dengan air)
- Kicap dan cili potong:
- Cili merah (potong kecil)
- Sedikit kicap masin
- 3 ulas bawang putih (potong halus)
Nota:
- Campur semua bahan di atas untuk kicap dan cili potong
Langkah-langkah menyedikan:
- Tapis mee hoon dahulu, kemudian goreng mee hoon seperti dalam video. Mee hoon akan menjadi bulat. Biar sehingga warna kekuningan, angkat dan ketepikan
- Untuk kuahnya, tumis bawang putih sehingga naik bau. Lepastu masukkan air stok sayur/ air ke dalam kuali
- Masukkan kicap masin soya, sos tiram vegetarian, sedikit garam dan kacau sebati
- Masukkan sayur sawi hijau, lobak merah, jagung muda, cendawan shitake, dan tauhu lembut. Kacau sebati dan dan biarkan reneh
- Masukkan tepung jagung/ ubi kayu dan kacau sebati. Biarkan seketika sehingga kuah menjadi sedikit pekat
- Sedia untuk dihidang bersama cili potong
