KEREPEK NGAKU | NGAKU CHIPS – CHEF DAVE

Ingredients:
- 450g Arrowhead (remove the skin)
- Oil (frying)
- Salt as needed
Cooking method:
- Peeled the skin first, then slice thinly and fry in hot oil. Fry until brown. Remove and set aside.
- Mix with a little salt. Put it in an airtight container so that the arrowhead chips are always crunchy. Ready to eat

Bahan – bahan:
- 450g Ngaku (buang kulit)
- Minyak (goreng)
- Garam secukupnya
Cara memasak:
- Kupas terlebih dahulu kulit ngaku, kemudian hiris nipis dan goreng ke dalam minyak panas. Goreng sehingga warna keperangan. Angkat dan ketepikan.
- Gaul dengan sedikit garam. Masukkan kedalam bekas kedap udara supaya kerepek ngaku sentiasa ranggup. Sedia untuk dimakan.
