KANDHARAPPAM – CHEF DAVE

Serving: 4 – 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- ¼ urad dhal
- ¼ tsp fenugreek
- ¼ tsp coriander powder
- 2 tbsp grated coconut
- ¼ cup jaggery sugar
- Water
Cooking method:
- Prepare a bowl, add uncooked rice, urad dhal and fenugreek. Wash and soak for a while.
- Then filter and grind together with grated coconut, jaggery sugar, coriander powder. Blend until smooth.
- Then put it in a bowl. Make sure the texture is smooth and thick as in the video.
- After that fry until brown. Ready to be served.

Hidangan: 4 – 6 Orang
Bahan – bahan:
- 1 cawan beras
- ¼ urad dhal
- ¼ sudu kecil halba
- ¼ sudu kecil Serbuk ketumbar
- 2 sudu besar kelapa parut
- ¼ cawan gula jageri
- Air
Cara memasak:
- Sediakan mangkuk, masukkan beras, urad dhal dan halba. Basuh dan rendam seketika.
- Kemudian tapis dan kisar bersama kelapa parut,gula jageri, serbuk ketumbar. Kisar sehingga halus.
- Kemudian letakkan ke dalam mangkuk. Pastikan texture halus dan pekat seperti di dalam video.
- Selepas itu goreng sehingga warna keperangan. Sedia untuk di hidang.
