HUMMUS + MANGGA SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:
- 2 Mango (remove skin)
- Soy milk (Vsoy)
- Lime (juice squeeze)
- 3 Cucumbers (cut into sticks)
- Carrots (cut into sticks)
- Hummus:
- 1 tin hummus (ready to eat)
- 1 tsp Beetroot powder
- A little pasley leaves (finely chopped)
Cooking method:
- Prepare a blender, add the mango filling, lemon juice, soy milk and grind until smooth. Place the mango level soy milk in a blender and ready.
- For the hummus, mix the hummus and beetroot powder and stir well. Place in a bowl and place the pasley leaves. Ready to be served.

- 1 tsp Serbuk ubi bit
- Sedikit daun pasley (potong halus)
Langkah-langkah menyedikan:
- Sediakan pengisar, masukkan isi mangga,perahan limau, susu soya dan kisar sehingga halus. Susu soya letak paras mangga dalam blender dan siap.
- Untuk hummus, campurkan hummus dan serbuk ubi bit dan kacau sebati. Letak dalam mangkuk dan letak daun pasley. Sedia untuk dihidang.
