SUPER SIMPLE PAYASAM VEGAN RECIPE

Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp butter *plant -based
- ½ a cup cashews
- ¼ cup raisins
- 1 cup vermicelli
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup soaked sago
- 1 cup coconut milk (first)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 nos cardamoms
- 1 cup coconut milk (second)
- 1/5 tsp food colouring yellow
Cooking method:
- Prepare the pan, add the butter and melt, then add the cashews and raisins stir until the cashews are browned and lift.
- Using the same pan, add the vermicelli stirring briefly until browned and pour into a bowl.
- Prepare another pot, add water, sago and coconut milk then mix well.
- Add the vermicelli, stir for a while and add the raisins and cashews that have been fried earlier, then add the brown sugar and cardamom, stir for a while.
- Add coconut milk 1 cup a second time, yellow food colouring, stir briefly and ready to serve.

Bahan – bahan:
- 3 sudu besar mentega *berasaskan tumbuhan
- ½ cawan gajus
- ¼ cawan kismis
- 1 cawan vermicelli
- 2 cawan air
- 1/2 cawan sagu yang direndam
- 1 cawan santan (pertama)
- 1/2 cawan gula perang
- 3 biji buah pelaga
- 1 cawan santan ( kedua )
- 1/5 sudu kecil pewarna kuning
Cara memasak:
- Sediakan kuali, masukkan mentega dan cairkan, kemudian masukkan gajus dan kismis kacau sehingga gajus keperangan dan angkat.
- Gunakan kuali yang sama, masukkan vermicelli kacau seketika sehingga keperangan dan tuang kedalam mangkuk .
- Sediakan periuk lain, masukkan air,sagu dan santan kemudian kacau sebati
- Masukkan vermicelli, kacau seketika dan masukkan kismis dan gajus yang sudah goreng tadi,kemudian masukkan gula perang dan buah pelaga,kacau seketika.
- Masukkan santan 1 cawan kali kedua,pewarna kuning, kacau sekejap dan sedia untuk dihidang.
