HOMEMADE SOY MILK
Preparation time: 15 minutes + 8 Hours soak
Cooking time: 1 Hour
Serving: 6 Cups
Ingredients:
- 200gm Soybean
- 2 litres Water
- Sweetener (as preferred)
Cooking method:
- Soak the soybean overnight.
- Remove the skin, rinse the bean with water.
- Blend the soybean with 1litre of water.
- Strain the soy milk with a cheese cloth.
- Re-blend the soybean pulp with remaining 1 litre of water.
- Strain again and start to simmer the soymilk for 1 hours and constantly stirring the soymilk.
- Soy bean is ready and perfect match with some bread fritter stick.
Masa penyediaan: 15 minit + 8 Jam rendam
Masa memasak: 1 Jam
Hidangan: 6 Cawan
Bahan-bahan:
- 200gm Kacang soya
- 2 liter Air
- Pemanis (mengikut keutamaan)
Langkah-langkah menyedikan:
- Rendam kacang soya semalaman.
- Buang kulitnya, bilas kacang dengan air.
- Kisar kacang soya dengan 1liter air.
- Tapis susu soya dengan kain. Dan perah sedikit demi sedikit.
- Kisar semula kacang soya dengan baki 1 liter air.
- Tapis lagi dan mulakan reneh susu soya selama 1 jam dan sentiasa kacau susu soya.
- Kacang soya sedia dan padan dengan beberapa roti bakar.
