GREEN CHILLI STUFFED ENOKI– CHEF DAVE

Ingredients:
- Sauce ingredients:
- 2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- ½ tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- ½ tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
- 1 cup water
- Other ingredients:
- 2 tbsp oil
- 3 packets enoki mushrooms (dissolved)
- 4 green/red chilies
Cooking method:
- Cut green/red chilies in 1 -2 inches. Then remove the seeds and the middle part. Then insert the enoki mushroom in the middle. Set aside.
- For the sauce, prepare a bowl, add all the sauce ingredients and mix well. set aside.
- Prepare a pan, put oil on the pan and spread the oil evenly. Then put the stuffed enoki mushrooms. Leave it for a while.
- Lastly, put the sauce ingredients that have been mixed earlier. Let it boil for a while.
- Adjust taste and ready to serve.

Bahan – bahan:
- Bahan sos:
- 2 ulas bawang putih (cincang halus)
- 1 sudu besar kicap pekat soya
- 1 sudu besar kicap masin soya
- ½ sudu besar gula
- 1 sudu besar tepung jagung
- ½ sudu besar sos tiram vegetarian
- 1 cawan air
- Bahan lain:
- 2 sudu besar minyak
- 3 paket cendawan enoki (leraikan)
- 4 cili hijau/merah
Cara memasak:
- Potong cili hijau/merah panjang dalam 1 -2 inci. Lepastu buang biji dan bahagian tengah tu. Kemudian sumbat cendawan enoki di tengah. Ketepikan.
- Untuk sos, sediakan mangkuk, masukkan kesemua bahan sos dan gaul sebati. ketepikan.
- Sediakan kuali, letak minyak pada kuali dan ratakan minyak. Kemudian letak cendawan enoki yang telah disumbat tadi. Biarkan seketika.
- Akhir sekali letak bahan sos yang telah dicampur tadi. Biarkan ia mendidih seketika.
- Adjust rasa dan sedia untuk dihidang.
