Getuk Ubi Kayu Vegan Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of grated coconut
- 1 small tbsp of black raisins (cut into small pieces)
- 250g of cassava (boiled, strained and mashed)
- 1 pcs of banana
- A little peanut powder and grated coconut for garnishing
Cooking method:
- Boil or steam the cassava first and leave until the cassava is soft. When it is soft, we can strain the cassava and mashed it
- After that, add the black raisins that have been cut into small pieces and add the grated coconut, mix well
- Make a medium round shape and place on a plate. Take a banana, remove the skin and cut the two bananas and place them on the cassava plate
- Place a little garnish of grated coconut and a little peanut powder on top of the cassava. Ready to be served

Bahan-bahan:
- 1/2 cawan kelapa parut
- 1 sudu kecil kismis hitam (potong kecil)
- 250g ubi kayu (rebus, tapis dan lenyekkan)
- 1 biji pisang
- Sedikit serbuk kacang dan kelapa parut untuk hiasan
Langkah-langkah menyedikan:
- Rebus atau stim ubi kayu terlebih dahulu dan biarkan sehingga ubi kayu lembut. Bila dah lembut kita boleh tapiskan ubi kayu dan leyekkan
- Selepas itu, masukkan kismis hitam yang dah potong kecil-kecil dan masukkan kelapa parut, kacau sebati
- Buat bentuk sederhana bulat dan letakkan kedalam pinggan. Ambil pisang buang kulit dan belah dua pisang itu dan letakkan diatas pinggan ubi kayu tadi
- Letakkan sedikit hiasan sedikit kelapa parut dan sedikit serbuk kacang keatas getuk ubi kayu itu. Sedia untuk dihidang
