Serving: 2 cups
Ingredients:
- 1 cup plant based milk (without sugar)
- 1 sappodilla (remove skin, cut into small pieces)
- 1 tbsp Oat
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Cooking method:
- Put all ingredients in a blender and grind until smooth. Ready for serve.

Hidangan: 2 cawan
Bahan-bahan:
- 1 cawan Susu plant based (tanpa gula)
- 1 biji Ciku ( buang kulit,potong kecil )
- 1 tbsp Oat
- 1 tsp benih chia
Langkah-langkah menyedikan:
- Masukkan kesemua bahan didalam blender dan susu kemudian blender sehingga halus. Sedia untuk dihidang.
