CHINESE STYLE CHOW MIEN/ MEE GORENG ALA CINA – CHEF DAVE
Preparation time: 10 Minutes
Cooking time: 15 Minutes
Serving: 1 – 2 Servings
Ingredients:
- Noodles ( 1-2 portion)
- ½ tsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp pepper
- A few slices spring onion
- A little cabbage (sliced)
- A few carrots (cut into small pieces)
- A little bean sprouts
- Mushroom seasoning powder as needed
- Vegan eggs (you can see the vegan egg recipe in my previous post)
Cooking method:
- Wash the noodles and put them in boiling water. Stir for a moment, remove and put in a bowl filled with cold water. Stir for a while, filter and put in a bowl.
- Add dark soy sauce and sesame oil. Then stir well. Set aside.
- Then, cook scrambled vegan eggs. Then, add bean sprouts, carrots and cabbage. Stir well.
- Then, add noodles, salt, pepper, mushroom seasoning powder and mix well. Ready to be served.

Masa memasak: 15 Minit
Hidangan: 1 – 2 Orang
Bahan – bahan:
- Mee (untuk 1-2 orang)
- ½ sudu kecil kicap pekat
- 1 sudu kecil minyak bijan
- 1/3 sudu kecil garam
- 1/3 sudu kecil lada sulah
- Sedikit hirisan daun bawang
- Sedikit kubis (hiris)
- Sedikit lobak merah(potong kecil)
- Sedikit taugeh
- Serbuk perasa cendawan secukupnya
- Telur vegan (resepi telur vegan boleh tengok post yang sebelum ini saya ada post)
Cara memasak:
- Basuh mee dan masukkan ke dalam air mendidih. Kacau seketika angkat dan masukkan ke dalam mangkuk yang berisi air sejuk. Kacau seketika, tapis dan masukkan kedalam mangkuk.
- Masukkan kicap pekat dan minyak bijan. kemudian kacau sebati. Ketepikan.
- Kemudian masak telur vegan hancur. Kemudian, masukkan taugeh, lobak merah dan kubis. Kacau sebati.
- Masukkan mee, garam, lada sulah, serbuk perasa cendawan dan kacau sebati. sedia untuk dihidang.
