CHICKEN 65 VEGAN RECIPE
Preparation time: 10 Minutes + 30 Minutes (marinated)
Cooking time: 15 Minutes
Serving: 6-8 Servings
Ingredients for Marinate:
- 250g Hericium Mushroom
- 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- ½ tsp Garam masala
- 2 tsp Garlic & ginger paste
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Vegan Yogurt (optional)
Coating Ingredients :
- 2 tbsp Tapioca flour
- 1 tbsp Custard flour
- ½ tbsp Rice flour
- A little water
- Oil (for frying)
Ingredients for garnishing:
- Coriander leaves
Cooking method:
Method to merinated:
- Put the mushrooms in a bowl and add all the marinating ingredients and mix well and place in the fridge for half an hour.
Method to frying:
- Remove the marinated mushrooms and mix the tapioca flour, custard flour, rice flour and mix well so that the mushrooms are coated with flour on all parts.
- Add a little water and mix again before frying.
- Put oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms and keep aside for a while
Method to saute:
- Add the ingredients to saute and sauté for a while.
- Add the fried mushrooms and mix well.
- When the mushrooms have been mixed well, turn off the heat.
- Remove the sauteed mushrooms and place on a plate and garnish them with some coriander leaves.
- Now, can serve them.

Bahan perapan:
- 250g Cendawan Kepala Monyet
- 1 sudu kecil Serbuk cili Kashmiri
- 1 sudu kecil Serbuk ketumbar
- ½ sudu kecil Garam masala
- 2 sudu kecil Pes bawang putih & halia
- 2 sudu kecil Jus limau
- 1 sudu kecil Yogurt vegan (pilihan)
Bahan salutan untuk goreng:
- 2 sudu besar Tepung ubi kayu
- 1 sudu besar Tepung custard
- ½ sudu besar Tepung beras
- Sedikit air
- Minyak (untuk goreng)
Bahan tumis:
- 1 sudu besar Minyak masak
- ½ sudu kecil Jintan putih
- 1 sudu kecil Bawang putih
- 2-3 tangkai Cili hijau
- 5 Cili kering Kashmiri
- 1 tangkai Daun kari
- 1 sudu kecil Serbuk cili
- 1 sudu kecil Serbuk cili Kashmiri
- Sedikit air
- Garam secukup rasa
- Gula merah secukup rasa
Bahan hiasan:
- Daun ketumbar
Langkah-langkah perapan:
- Masukkan cendawan dalam satu mangkuk dan masukkan semua bahan-bahan perapan dan gaul rata lalu letak dalam peti ais selama setengah jam.
Langkah – langkah menggoreng:
- cendawan yang telah diperap dan campurkan tepung ubi kayu, tepung custard, tepung beras dan gaul rata supaya cendawan disalut tepung dengan sekata.
- Masukkan sedikit air dan gaul sekali lagi sebelum goreng.
- masukkan minyak dalam kuali dan goreng cendawan yang disalut tepung dan simpan di tepi seketika.
