Bubur Asyura Vegan Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup of rice
- 6 cups of water
- 1 potato
- 1 stick of carrot
- 1 red onion
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder to taste
- Seasoning ingredients:
- Salted soy sauce
- Onion leaves
- Orange mustard stalks
- Serunding vegan
- Braised peanut
- Fried onions
Cooking method:
- Soak the rice for an hour before cooking
- Heat water in 6 cups and add the soaked rice
- Add the diced potatoes, onions and carrots
- Add sesame oil and let it cook until the rice becomes rice and the rice becomes porridge. Add water if needed and stir constantly
- Adjust salt, black pepper powder or use white pepper, the porridge is thick enough and soft according to taste, you can turn off the heat and serve with the appropriate seasonings

- Kacang tanah rebus
- Bawang goreng
Langkah-langkah menyedikan:
- Rendam beras selama satu jam sebelum masak
- Panaskan air dalam 6 cawan dan masukkan beras yang telah direndam
- Masukkan kentang, bawang dan lobak merah yang telah potong dadu
- Masukkan minyak bijan dan biar masak sampai beras jadi nasi dan nasi jadi bubur. Tambah air jika memerlukan dan sentiasa kacau
- Adjust garam, serbuk lada hitam atau nak guna lada putih pun boleh, bubur dah cukup pekat dan empuk ikut citarasa dah boleh tutup api dan hidang dengan bahan-bahan perasa yang sesuai
