BROCCOLI AND MUSHROOM – CHEF DAVE
Preparation time: 5 Minutes
Cooking time: 10 Minutes
Serving: 2 – 3 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup broccoli (cut into small pieces)
- 1 cup king oyster mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/3 cup carrots
- A little oil
- A little salt
- Sauce ingredients:
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- *Mix all the sauce ingredients, stir well and set aside.
Cooking method:
- Prepare a pot, add water, a little salt and a little oil. Let it boil
- Boiled carrots and broccoli. Set aside.
- Then prepare another pan, put a little oil and saute king oyster mushroom slices until brown. Remove and set aside.
- Prepare a plate, arrange broccoli, carrots and king oyster mushrooms as in the video.
- Then, heat the sauce in the pot until it looks thick. Then pour into the plate. Ready to be served.

Bahan – bahan:
- 1 cawan brokoli (potong kecil)
- 1 cawan cendawan tiram raja (hiris)
- 1/3 cawan lobak merah
- Sedikit minyak
- Sedikit garam
- Air
- Bahan sos:
- 3 sudu besar kecip masin soya
- 1/2 sudu besar sos tiram vegetarian
- 1/2 sudu kecil tepung jagung
- 1/2 sudu besar gula
- 1/2 cawan air
- *Campurkan kesemua bahan sos kacau sebati dan ketepikan.
Cara memasak:
- Sediakan periuk, masukkan air, sedikit garam dan sedikit minyak . Biar sehingga mendidih
- Rebus lobak merah dan brokoli. Ketepikan.
- Kemudian sediakan kuali lain, letak sedikit minyak dan tumis hirisan cendawan tiram raja sehingga keperangan. Angkat dan ketepikan.
- Sediakan pinggan, susun brokoli,lobak merah dan cendawan tiram raja seperti di dalam video.
- lepastu,panaskan sos di dalam periuk sehingga kelihatan pekat. Kemudian tuang ke dalam pinggan tersebut. Sedia untuk dihidang.
