BEANS PORIYAL | TUMIS KACANG BUNCIS ALA INDIA – CHEF DAVE

Serving: 3 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 2 – 3 dried chilies (cut into small pieces)
- A little turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp dhal
- 2 tbsp dhal urad white
- 2 cups beans (chopped )
- Salt as needed
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 green chilies (sliced)
- 2 stalks curry leaves
- 4-5 tbsp grated coconut
Cooking method:
- Heat the oil, add mustard seeds, dried chilies, dhal urad white and dhal. Stir for a while.
- Add a little turmeric powder, stir for a while and add the beans.
- Put enough salt and add water.
- Stir and let it cook.
- Once, the beans are cooked, add green chilies, curry leaves and grated coconut, stir well.
- Taste first, can adjust if there is less salt. Ready to be served.

Bahan – bahan:
- 1 sudu besar minyak kelapa
- 1 sudu kecil biji sawi
- 2 – 3 cili kering (potong kecil)
- Sedikit serbuk kunyit
- 2 sudu besar kacang dhal
- 2 sudu besaf kacang ulunthu
- 2 cawan kacang buncis (potong kecil)
- Garam secukupnya
- 1/2 cawan air
- 2 cili hijau (hiris)
- 2 tangkai daun kari
- 4-5 sudu besar kelapa parut
Cara memasak:
- Panaskan minyak, masukkan biji sawi, cili kering,kacang ulunthu dan kacang dhal. Kacau seketika.
- Masukkan sedikit serbuk kunyit kacau seketika dan masukkan kacang buncis.
- Letak garam secukupnya dan masukkan air.
- Kacau dan biarkan ia masak.
- Bila kacang buncis dan masak, masukkan cili hijau,daun kari dan kelapa parut, kacau sebati.
- Rasa dahulu, boleh adjust jika kurang garam. Sedia untuk dihidang.
