BANANA SMOOTHIE – CHEF DAVE

Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- ¼ tsp cinnamon powder (@organicule)
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 1 ½ tbsp protein powder (@organicule)
- 1 date (remove the seeds)
- 3 tbsp rolled oats
Cooking method:
- Prepare a blender, add all the above ingredients and grind until smooth. taste and ready to serve

- 1 sudu kecil perisa vanilla
- ¼ sudu kecil serbuk kulit kayu manis (@organicule)
- 1 cawan susu plant based
- 1 ½ sudu besar serbuk protein (@organicule)
- 1 biji kurma ( buang biji)
- 3 sudu besar rolled oats
