Banana Cashew Milk Shake @ Smoothie Recipe
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Serving: 2 cups
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cashew (soak 1 night)
- 3 pieces of banana
- 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa beans @ cocoa powder
- 2 cups water
Notes:
- Make sure the water is more than the level of the ingredients
- Can put 3 dates if you want to sweeten this drink again
Preparing method:
- Put all the above ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
- Ready to serve
Masa penyediaan: 5 minit
Hidangan: 2 cawan
Bahan-bahan:
- 1/2 genggam gajus (rendam 1 malam)
- 3 biji pisang
- 1 1/2 sudu biji koko @ serbuk koko
- 2 cawan air
Nota:
- Pastikan air lebih dari paras bahan-bahan tersebut
- Boleh letak 3 bihi kurma kalau nak maniskan lagi minuman ini
Langkah-langkah menyedikan:
- Masukkan kesemua bahan diatas kedalam blender dan blend sampai halus
- Sedia untuk dihidang
