APPAM SANTAN GAYA VEGAN VEGAN RECIPE
Preparation time: 15 Minutes + 8 Hours (fermented)

Serving: 4 -5 Servings
Ingredients of coconut milk appam:
- 5 tbsp Cooking oil
- 4 cloves Garlic ( cut slice )
- 1 inch Ginger ( just tap )
- 2 nos Green chili ( cut slice )
- 3 big Onion ( cut slice )
- 10g Cashew nut
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 3 tbsp Curry powder
- 3 Tomato( cut into 4 part for each tomato )
- 120g Tomato puree
- 1 cup Water
Coconut Milk:
- 1 cup coconut
- As needed water
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp sugar
Cooking method:
- First wash well and soak the raw rice for few hours and grate the coconut and make it ready for later use.
- After few hours start grinding the soaked rice and cooked rice in a mixer jar or grinded
- Now add salt and soda and mix well in the batter. Now allow the batter to ferment it for 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
- Next morning the batter is ready… And u can make appam for your breakfast.
- Grind the coconut with water and filter it and add sugar and salt to the milk and ready to serve.

Hidangan: 4-5 Orang
Bahan – bahan appam santan:
- 2 cawan beras mentah
- 1 cawan kelapa parut
- 3 sudu besar nasi masak
- 2 sudu kecil soda bikarbonat
- 1 sudu kecil garam
Santan:
- 1 cawan kelapa
- Mengikut keperluan air
- 1 sudu kecil garam
- 4 sudu besar gula
Langkah-langkah menyedikan:
- Mula-mula basuh bersih dan rendam beras mentah selama beberapa jam.dan parut kelapa dan sediakan untuk kegunaan kemudian.
- Selepas beberapa jam mula mengisar beras yang telah direndam dan beras yang telah dimasak dalam balang pengadun atau pengisar.
- Sekarang masukkan garam, soda bikarbonat dan gaul rata dalam adunan. Sekarang biarkan adunan ditapai selama 6 hingga 8 jam atau semalaman.
- Keesokan harinya adunan sudah siap. Dan anda boleh membuat appam untuk sarapan pagi anda.
- Kisar kelapa bersama air dan tapis dan masukkan gula dan garam ke dalam susu dan sedia untuk dihidang.
