Kurma Juice, Mojito Calamansi, Mooru/Indian Lassi, Sour Punch, Tamarind Juice and Ice Mint Tea Recipe
Date Juice
Serving: 1 liter
Ingredients:
- 250g kurma without seed
- 2 cups of water
- 3 cups of sugar
Preparation method:
- Mix all ingredients listed above
- Soak dates without seeds, then leave for 2 hours
- Then finely grind and strain
- Prepare a pot, place water, sugar and dates
- Bring to a boil and thicken then strain again
- Prepare a cup of date juice, water and ice cubes and ready
Mojito Calamansi
Serving: 1 cup
Ingredients:
- 2 seeds of musk lime
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 10 pcs mint leaves
- Blended ice
- 1 cup of tonic/sprite/soda/7up
Preparation method:
- Put five musk in a glass, brown sugar, mint leaves
- Melt and add crushed ice
- Then place the tonic water and crushed ice and stir. Ready
Mooru / Indian Lassi
Serving: 4 cups
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 1 onion
- 2 rice chilli
- 8 pcs of curry leaves
- 1 tbsp salt
Preparation method:
- Prepare a bowl, place yogurt, curry leaves, onion, rice chili, salt and mix well
- Then add water and stir. It’s ready
Sour Punch
Serving: 1 cup
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Sunkist orange
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp musk lime juice
- Ice cubes
- Water
- Syrup
Preparation method:
- Mix all ingredients above
- Place Sunkist, lime juice, lemon juice, musk lime juice, ice cubes, water and syrup to taste. Ready
Tamarind Juice
Serving: 1 liter
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of raisins
- 1 cup of tamarind
- 10 pieces of asam boy
- 1 litre water
- 3 cups of sugar
Preparation method:
- Soak raisins, tamarind, soak asam boy for 2 hours
- Then finely grind raisins and tamarind and strain to get the starch
- Ready the pot. Add water and sugar then add the starch and let it thicken

Ice Mint Tea
Serving: 4 cups
Ingredients:
- Ice cubes
- 6 pcs of curry leaves
- 1.5 litre water
- 20 lemongrass stalks
- 1 tbsp tea powder
- Sugar to taste
Preparation method:
- Boil lemongrass, put the tea powder, sugar and stir
- Then strain. Put mint leaves in a cup and ice then put the water
Jus Kurma
Hidangan: 1 liter
Bahan-bahan:
- 250g kurma tanpa biji
- 2 cawan air
- 3 cawan gula
Langkah-langkah menyediakan:
- Campur semua bahan diatas
- Rendam kismis,asam jawa, asam boi selama 2 jam
- Kemudian kisar halus kismis dan asal jawa dan tapis untuk dapatkan pati
- Sedia periuk. Masukkan air dan gula kemudian masukkan pati tadi dan biar memekat
- Kemudian sediakan gelas masukkan jus asam tadi letak ais dan sedia untik dihidang
Mojito Calamansi
Hidangan: 1 cawan
Bahan-bahan:
- 2 biji limau kasturi
- 2 sudu gula perang
- 10 helai daun pudina
- 1 cawan air tonic/sprite/soda/7up
- Ais hancur
Langkah-langkah menyediakan:
- Campur semua bahan diatas
- Masukkan lima kasturi dalam gelas, gula perang dan daun pudina
- Leyekkan dan masukkan ais hancur
- Kemudian letak air tonic dan ais hancur dan kacau. Siap
Mooru / Indian Lassi
Hidangan: 4 cawan
Bahan-bahan:
- 1 cawan yogurt
- 1 biji bawang merah
- 2 biji cili padi
- 8 helai daun kari
- 1 sudu garam
Langkah-langkah menyediakan:
- Campur semua bahan diatas
- Sedia mangkuk letak yogurt, daun kari, bawang merah, cili padi, garam dan kacau sebati
- Kemudian letak air dan kacau. Dah siap
Sour Punch
Hidangan: 1 cawan
Bahan-bahan:
- 3 sudu Sunkist orange
- 1 sudu jus limau
- 1 sudu jus lemon
- 1 sudu jus limau kasturi
- Ais batu
- Air
- Sirap
Langkah-langkah menyediakan:
- Campur semua bahan diatas
- Letak Sunkist, jus limau, jus lemon, jus limau kasturi, ais batu, air dan sirap secukupnya. Siap
Jus Asam Jawa
Hidangan: 1 liter
Bahan-bahan:
- 1 cawan kismis
- 1 cawan asam jawa
- 10 biji asam boy kering
- 1 liter air
- 3 cawan gula
Langkah-langkah menyediakan:
- Rendam kismis, asam jawa, asam boi selama 2 jam

- 6 helai daun pudina
- 1.5 liter air
- 20 batang serai
- 1 sudu serbuk teh
- Gula secukupnya

- Rebus serai, letak serbuk the, gula dan kacau
